Depending on which equipment needs to be vented and its proximity to the exterior of your restaurant can leave few options in terms of laying out your commercial kitchen. If you find yourself struggling to make your layout fit together, a new trend in commercial kitchen equipment might provide more flexibility: ventless cooking equipment. These are some photos of our ventless project at Pequenos.
Locally Crafted Brews with great food and a family friendly atmosphere
Charlo’s is a community favorite offering a restaurant to discover American Heritage style foods and a market with locally produced goods. One of the most interesting aspects is our restaurant and market are connected through quality, hand-crafted, chef-inspired recipes and flavor profiles using locally sourced items from farm to table with some of the industry’s leading technologies as Sous Vide cooking.
CTG created this concept and designed this space.
We also created the Spanish & Portuguese menu of small plates: tapas, petiscos, pintxos
And libations from both those countries.

“Our kitchen wouldn’t be the way it is today without help from Jonathan Kouse and Chef Therapy Group. Jonathan used his real-world expertise to help us design our kitchen layout, put together a unique menu, and hire the correct people for the job. He also helped us save money on equipment by finding lightly used items from local equipment vendors. On top of all of that, he educated my staff about the importance of creating a positive work environment where everyone is valued. We couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out, and most of that is a direct result of working with Chef Therapy Group.”

“SpringForward was very pleased with the work Jonathan did for us. He helped plan our kitchen and provided us with expertise we could not have found elsewhere in the area”
