Helping develop the ZoloMarket & community kitchen space
“Our kitchen wouldn’t be the way it is today without help from Jonathan Kouse and Chef Therapy Group. Jonathan used his real-world expertise to help us design our kitchen layout, put together a unique menu, and hire the correct people for the job. He also helped us save money on equipment by finding lightly used items from local equipment vendors. On top of all of that, he educated my staff about the importance of creating a positive work environment where everyone is valued. We couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out, and most of that is a direct result of working with Chef Therapy Group.”
– Niel Chabut, Owner
Chef Therapy Group is helping develop menu, & space for a breakfast, lunch restaurant concept. To be announced at a later date.
“Kouse has been helping with everything from planning the layout, to knowing what equipment to order, to knowing what safety training and health regulations need met.”
– Marcy Nesselroade, Owner
